Voice Lessons with Dino Valle of SWFL Italian Opera

Have you ever wanted to belt out your favorite songs, but just can't seem to loosen up your voice? Now is your chance to learn the vocal techniques that will help you unleash your true voice. We have Dino Valle, Director of SWFL Italian Opera on site every Tuesday instructing vocal techniques. Dino will take you through a range of vocal techniques: Breathing, Diction, Enunciation, Projection, Piano, Forte, Mezza Voce, Head Tone, Pitch, Intonation and Articulation.

Dino Valle, Baritone, is a native of Italy. Dino studies voice, opera and drama at the Detroit Institute of Musical Arts and holds a bachelor degree from Madonna University. He also studies at Indiana University School of Music with Virginia Zeani, and Joan Dorneman.

Dino has performed in many operas and concerts in the US and Europe, including the Hall of Audiences in Vatican City in the presence of Pope John Paul II.

Allow your cells to naturally attune to the meditative, balancing, and healing powers of sound vibration. Sound Therapy is an ancient, healing modality. Crystal Singing Bowls, modeled after Tibetan bowls, are - Pure Quartz, Pure Tone, Pure Vibration. Meditation can be done seated or lying down - your choice! Breath work and a few simple restorative yoga poses may be included to release the physical body before meditation. Each month, a variety of sound tools and circle members are invited to support our circle together with Shangri La Spring nature spirits. In addition to crystal singing bowls, sound instruments may include gongs, chimes, flutes, chanting, etc. A perfect end to any day! Bring yoga mat, pillow, favorite blanket and a friend. These guided meditation classes offer a joyful approach to understanding and calming one's own mind. Each one hour class includes two guided meditations and a teaching on the Buddhist way of inner peace. Everyone—from any background and religion—is welcome and made to feel comfortable. Chairs are provided, but feel free to bring your own meditation cushion.

The class begins with a guided breathing meditation to help participants relax. A teaching introducing the class subject follows the breathing meditation. These practical teachings illustrate how to apply wisdom to daily life situations. Practitioners find that through gradually applying Buddhist wisdom teachings to their life relationships improve, stress is reduced, and their health improves.
